I read things about a program called MetaX, and I like it, it. But I left my iMac back at home and decided to go with a Windows laptop, now I'm trying to do kinda the same but I've had no luck. Subler is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, version 2. I used it to mainly put the explicit tag and add more things like itunes account and so on on my music and movies. Subler is created and maintained (somewhat…) by Damiano Galassi.
This incarnation is forked from the project on Google Code. As each file is added, you will be asked which tracks you would like to read out of the file, adding them to the track list. As on the picture below, passthru ( keep as it is) every track (if you only want to edit the subtitle) and for the subtitles track (s) make sure that the action Tx3g is selected for the VobSub subtitle track. Drag and drop your video file in the window. After creating a new project, you associate it with media tracks by ppening files from the File menu, or simply dragging and dropping them from the Finder into the project window. Create a new file (an empty Subler window opens) 4. In Subler, projects are represented by windows with a track listing at the top and the data from the tracks below. Subler allows you to create tx3g subtitles tracks compatible with iPod, AppleTV, iPhone and QuickTime. Subler is based around the idea of "projects". Metadata editing with automatic TMDb and TVDB support, compatible with iTunes.
